CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 10 January 2012, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:

Notice of Intent filed by Margaret Roy. Applicant proposes 140 cubic yards of beach sand nourishment at property located at 4 Nans Way, Map 7, Parcel 514.

Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Robert and Ruth Grande. Applicant proposes demolition of existing house and construction of house at property located at 35 Bridge Pond Drive, Map 13, Parcel 38.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by James and Donna Demetri. Applicant requests an after the fact filing to plant select trees, shrubs at property located at 265 Herring Brook Road, Map 17, Parcel 486.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Frederick and Janet Guidi. Applicants request construction of a 24’ x 30’ garage at property located at 20 Arrowood Drive, Map 17, Parcel 774.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Eastham Department of Public Works. Applicant requests reconstruction of Ellis Road to eliminate storm water discharge to Town Cove, Map 22.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Mark Sherman. Applicant proposes replacement of 24 untreated piles for an existing pier at property located at 20 Richard Lane, Map 21, Parcel 62E.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Jennifer and Eric Lammers. Applicant proposes vista pruning vegetation management plan at property located at 500 State Highway, Map 21, Parcel 077.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Dana Gould. Applicant proposes replacement of 3’ x 18’ pier access ramp at property located at the end of Cove Road, Lot C-5.

Administrative Review filed by Vyautae Montvale. Applicant requests removal of locust tree at property located at 245 Mill Road, Map 15, Parcel 24.

Administrative Review Filed by Thomas Micelli. Applicant requests replacement of swale at property located at 25 Cove Road, Map 18, Parcel 43.

Administrative Review filed by Thomas Micelli. Applicant requests removal of invasive vines and saplings selective tree pruning, 25 Cove Road, Map 18, Parcel 43.
